LIFT PASS SALES

  • We need at least 3 days to purchase, prepare, and deliver lift tickets.  Please do not make purchases here within 3 days of your arrival date.
  • From your arrival date, or once the lift passes have been delivered to you personally, they become non-refundable as we have no way of checking whether or not lift passes have been used or not.
  • A partially used lift pass is not partially refundable for any reason such as injuries, sickness, poor snow conditions, or cutting your trip short, etc.  Again, we have no way of checking whether or not lift passes have been used or how many days are remaining.
  • Any refunds made after payment has been made, but before passes have been delivered, will incur a 2% fee as we charged for returning unused passes.
  • All tickets will be delivered physically (paper tickets), and not by QR code, unless specifically requested.
  • If your tickets are not functioning for any reason, please inquire at the ticket window before contacting us.
